Job summary

Webflow in London is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline and qualify leads. This hybrid, full-time role sits in our London office three days a week, with remote flexibility, and offers an OTE compensation structure including base salary plus commissions.

You'll work with Account Executives, engage multiple stakeholders, and travel up to 15% for onboarding and events. 1+ year of sales experience and German language ability are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas and driving lead generation.
• Business-level fluency to read, write and speak German.
• BS/BA college degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline through outbound outreach.
• Lead multi-channel prospecting via email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify and engage outbound leads and identify new opportunities.
• Log activities in Salesforce and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Support messaging testing with Marketing and Ops for campaigns.
