Job summary

HSI is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to thrive in outbound prospecting across the UK and Ireland. This role focuses on identifying and creating opportunities with new prospects to drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in outbound Sales Development within B2B SaaS and is motivated by building pipelines. HSI offers a collaborative culture, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in outbound-focused Sales Development or Business Development in B2B SaaS.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and reach out to new accounts across target industries.
• Drive high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Uncover needs, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls.
• Develop rapport with decision-makers, positioning HSI as a trusted partner.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to prioritize and personalize outreach.
• Keep prospects engaged over time and re-ignite old opportunities.
• Partner closely with AEs and Field Marketing for campaign success.
• Log all activities in Salesforce for accurate tracking.
