A leading energy provider in Glasgow seeks an Outage Planning Assistant to support planned outages and manage customer communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This full-time, office-based role includes a competitive salary of £27,498 and excellent benefits including 36 days annual leave and pension contributions. Hybrid work options are available.

As an Outage Planning Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting planned outages across our network. Your responsibilities will include:
You'll also work closely with other SP Energy Networks business units to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance with OFGEM and internal service standards.
We're looking for someone who is:
Knowledge of PowerOn, DOP (District Outage Planner), and Energy Networks corporate IT systems is desirable, as is awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation
