Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross in Reading is seeking a Brand Manager OTC to drive brand strategy, execution, and performance across consumer health brands. You will work with Marketing, Digital, Insights, Medical, Regulatory, Supply and Sales to deliver in-market excellence and data-driven results.

The role emphasizes end-to-end brand management, portfolio development, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing environment. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health.
• Strong executional skills with a passion for brand building.
• Comfort with digital platforms, insights and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• 360 Brand management: develop end-to-end strategy and 360 activation plans across channels.
• Performance analytics: manage brand P&L, budgets, and KPIs with ROI focus.
• Innovation & portfolio development: lead NPD/EPD from concept to launch.
• Cross-functional ownership: coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance.
