Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Analyst to support OTC hotel accounting within its Centre of Excellence in the UK. You will work under the Team Leader to ensure timely delivery of OTC processes, maintain documentation, and support resolution of disputes with accuracy and customer focus.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ERP financial modules. A hospitaly industry background is advantageous and the position sits in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliant controls environment.
• Good technical understanding of how OTC impacts accounting areas.
• Ability to address issues collaboratively with others.
• Excellent communication across management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and coordinate all OTC tasks per guidance, meeting goals and KPIs.
• Review and refine OTC SLAs and monitor service delivery metrics.
• Prepare and post adjusting entries and maintain dispute records.
• Engage property teams to resolve disputes and collect outstanding payments.
• Report results and explain findings to stakeholders.
