Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd in Wrexham is seeking an experienced OT Support Lead to oversee and develop our Operational Technology function. You will lead a team responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of manufacturing systems that support essential site operations.

Working with Production, Engineering, Quality and Global IT, you will drive continuous improvement, cybersecurity, and digitalisation initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards while delivering

Qualifications

Prior experience in an OT leadership role.
People management experience or senior position in the team.
Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
Regulatory knowledge: GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR 11, EU ANNEX 11.
Pharma industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operational Technology professionals.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of manufacturing and automation systems.
Drive OT and cybersecurity strategies in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support operational excellence.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
Manage OT projects and system upgrades, ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.
