Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. is seeking an experienced OT Support Lead to oversee and develop the Operational Technology function at the Wrexham site.

You will lead a team responsible for the reliability, security, and performance of manufacturing systems and automation technologies, partnering with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Global IT. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cybersecurity, and digitalisation initiatives, with a focus on regulatory compliance and site efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar position is required.
• People management experience or senior team experience is desirable.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to inform and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Regulatory knowledge (GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR 11, EU ANNEX 11) is important.
• Experience in the pharma industry is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the OT team.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and security of manufacturing and automation systems.
• Drive OT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Global IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
• Manage OT projects and system upgrades with quality and regulatory compliance.
