Ipsen is seeking an OT Support Engineer at our Wrexham site to maintain and optimize manufacturing IT/OT systems, ensuring reliability and continuous product supply. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, support validation, disaster recovery and obsolescence management, and contribute to capital projects.

The role requires strong communication with multiple stakeholders and a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge such as GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR11, EU ANNEX 11.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a similar OT/IT role preferred (pharma).

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for IT/OT systems in manufacturing and labs to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
• Support system lifecycle activities including validation, maintenance, disaster recovery and obsolescence management.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing and lab systems to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and project outcomes.
• Contribute to capital projects through system design, testing, commissioning, qualification and handover.
