Jacobs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice for critical national infrastructure across energy, water, aviation and rail. You will lead complex OT and cybersecurity engagements, provide technical direction, and mentor a growing team while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience within Operational Technology (OT) in critical national infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead teams and develop people.
Track record delivering complex OT, cybersecurity or engineering programmes.
Strong understanding of OT security principles and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical national infrastructure.
Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Mentor and develop the team; drive capability growth.
Build relationships across Jacobs and client organisations; identify opportunities for growth.
Balance technical leadership with people development in a collaborative environment.
