Centrica plc in Windsor is seeking an OT Analyst/Technician to protect and optimize industrial control systems across our energy operations. You will work with engineers and cybersecurity colleagues to monitor OT environments, support incident response, and help implement secure OT controls in a hybrid UK role.

This hands-on position focuses on asset and patch management, risk and compliance activities, and collaboration with vendors to ensure resilient, compliant operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with OT and industrial control systems in energy or large industrial environments.
• Knowledge of automation, controls, OT networks, protocols and security controls.
• Experience supporting OT cybersecurity activities such as incident response, monitoring, patching, backups, and secure remote access.
• Familiar with OT security frameworks and regulations (IEC 62443, NIS, ISO 27001).
• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT/Engineering (or equivalent); OT security certifications preferred.

• Support OT cybersecurity incident response under CSIRT/GSOC guidance.
• Monitor and maintain OT cybersecurity controls across sites.
• Contribute to OT risk, compliance, and audit activities.
• Maintain OT asset, patch, backup, and recovery records.
• Assist with resilience testing and recovery drills.
