Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to support Critical National Infrastructure projects across energy, water, rail, highways, aviation and defence. You will bridge engineering, OT and cybersecurity to protect industrial control systems.

In this role you will assess, design and implement security controls, review OT networks and ICS for security improvements, and contribute to secure OT architectures. Hybrid working, mentoring and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT cybersecurity within Critical National Infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS technologies across CNI sectors such as SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs.
• Hands-on security engineering across IT and OT networks with common tools.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment, design and implementation of cybersecurity controls in OT/IC environments.
• Review OT networks and ICS to identify security and resilience improvements.
• Develop secure OT architectures including network segmentation and remote access.
• Produce client deliverables and clear technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to enhance cyber maturity.
