• Proven experience developing and implementing cyber security controls in manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of industrial protocols and vulnerability management for manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to translate technical and compliance topics into clear, business-relevant language for stakeholders.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-based approach to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continually improve cyber security controls for OT and manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with IT, manufacturing and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Assess vulnerabilities in manufacturing systems and guide remediation or compensating controls.
• Integrate cyber security requirements into new production lines and equipment from the outset.
• Investigate cyber incidents and develop recovery approaches to reduce downtime.
• Work with governance, risk and compliance colleagues to improve security across suppliers and vendors.
• Support alignment with IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF.
