Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an OT Assurance Consultant to strengthen cyber security assurance across complex OT environments in energy and critical national infrastructure. You will design, develop and embed OT assurance frameworks, translating strategic security objectives into structured programmes and delivering assurance activities with stakeholders.

You will evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and provide practical, risk-based recommendations aligned with CAF, IEC 62443 and NIST.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing and implementing cyber security assurance frameworks and structured assurance programmes.
• Strong experience planning and delivering cyber assurance activities including security assessments, audits and evidence gathering.
• Good knowledge of OT environments (ICS/SCADA) and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and embed OT cyber assurance frameworks and assurance programmes.
• Plan and deliver cyber assurance activities with stakeholder interviews, workshops and audits.
• Assess effectiveness of cyber security controls across OT environments and identify gaps.
• Evaluate OT security arrangements against CAF, IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.
• Gather evidence and validate controls with clear documentation.
• Produce actionable assurance reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
