Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an OT Cyber Security Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure OT architectures across complex operational environments. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineering teams and regulators to translate cyber risk into practical, deployable security outcomes.

You will drive architecture decisions aligned with IEC 62443, NIS/NIS2 and other global standards, while guiding secure IT/OT integration and transformation programs across multiple client

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience designing and delivering OT security architectures in critical infrastructure or similarly complex environments.
• Deep understanding of industrial control systems and OT networks in safety-critical settings.
• Experience applying frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, NIS/NIS2.
• Proven ability to translate cyber risk into architecture decisions with clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior leaders, engineering teams and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure OT environments aligned to global standards and regulation.
• Translate cyber risk assessments into target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Define secure IT/OT integration patterns including segmentation and access controls.
• Lead OT security transformation workstreams (remote access, vulnerability management, resilience).
• Advise CISOs and CIOs on risk, regulatory obligations and investment priorities.
• Support technology selection and deployment to minimize operational disruption.
