Job summary

Sword Group is seeking a Senior OT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer to design, build and secure complex OT environments for diverse clients. You will work across Windows and Linux, both physical and virtual, ensuring resilience and secure integration with industrial applications.

You will collaborate with OT, cyber security, network and engineering teams and travel to client sites as needed, including international deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on infrastructure engineering in OT environments.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware and Linux platforms.
• Understanding of OT/ICS security and industry standards.
• Ability to design, deploy and secure complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure physical and virtual server infrastructure within OT environments.
• Design, build and support VMware environments and Windows/Linux platforms.
• Assist hosting, installation and integration of OT and industrial applications.
• Configure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and related services.
• Implement resilient, highly available infrastructure for critical OT systems.
• Support storage, backup, disaster recovery and migrations.
• Undertake system hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Produce high-quality designs, diagrams, test plans and documentation.
