Team Derbyshire is seeking an Occupational Therapist to contribute to a high-quality service within a multi-disciplinary team. You will work under supervision to develop your practice, apply the recovery philosophy, and promote autonomy for service users.

You will carry out individual and group interventions, assess needs, maintain records in line with Trust guidelines, and participate in service development and clinical supervision as part of a supportive OT team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a working knowledge of the occupational therapy process.
• Plan and carry out individual and group interventions within a specific remit.
• Accept referrals and ensure care pathways are followed.
• Contribute to risk assessments and report changes in functioning.
• Work in a person-centred manner respecting diverse needs.
• Attend staff meetings and support the development of OT services.
