You will plan, facilitate and document interventions, contribute to assessments, and promote meaningful occupation for service users.

Working as part of the MDT, you will maintain records, liaise with carers, and participate in supervision and training while delivering person-centred care that aims to improve independence

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate occupationally based 1:1s and groups guided by an Occupational Therapist.
• Carry out specific Occupational Therapy assessments as guided by an Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain clinical records using the electronic patient record system.
• Liaise with carers and other professionals as relevant.
• Contribute to risk assessments and attend supervision.
• Adhere to professional codes and Trust policies.
