Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust invites an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Enablement Pathway. You will deliver specialist OT assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs, applying evidence-based models and contributing to ongoing clinical reviews and NICE-related work.

Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, this permanent, full-time post sits within a supportive multidisciplinary team across North and South Warwickshire and Coventry.

Qualifications

• Registered occupational therapist with HCPC and relevant OT degree.
• Experience delivering OT assessments for adults with mental health needs.
• Ability to work across a multidisciplinary team and promote recovery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive specialist OT assessments for complex mental health needs.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based OT interventions to promote recovery.
• Lead OT groups and contribute to discharge planning and service development.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in clinical reviews and audits.
