Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Sales Specialist to drive growth across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas within the hip and knee reconstruction portfolio. You will build surgeon and hospital partnerships, lead clinical education, and support product launches.

The role requires a proven track record in hospital engagement, strong negotiation, and the ability to translate complex technologies into patient-focused value. Travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years medical device sales in theatre or orthopedics.
• Proven track record selling to hospitals and surgeons.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow opportunities and introduce new technologies.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, buyers, and hospital management.
• Lead clinical education, product launches and in-service trainings.
• Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
• Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge in orthopaedics.
