Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager for the Orthopaedics - Trauma & Extremities team, covering Birmingham and Coventry. You’ll own strategic accounts, craft plans and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams and using CRM data to stay ahead of market trends.

You’ll build trusted advisor relationships, engage senior clinical and NHS procurement stakeholders, and travel >75% within your patch. A hybrid work model supports field-based success.

Qualifications

• Orthopaedic or Trauma experience desirable, in clinical or sales settings.
• Proven sales experience with value and portfolio selling in hospital and community settings.
• Strong account management skills with a track record of revenue growth.
• Able to engage NHS procurement professionals.
• Degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent.
• Valid driving licence.
