Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager (Trauma & Extremities) to cover the Birmingham and Coventry area. You will own strategic accounts, build plans, and drive revenue growth by delivering value-based solutions to hospitals and clinicians.

You will engage senior stakeholders, lead quarterly reviews, tailor proposals, and collaborate across teams using CRM data to stay ahead of market trends. Travel >75% within the patch; driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopaedics or trauma is desirable, either clinical or sales.
• Proven sales history with value and portfolio selling in hospital/community settings.
• Strong account management and revenue-growth track record.
• Able to engage senior clinical and procurement stakeholders.
