Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager for the Orthopaedics team covering the Portsmouth, Brighton & Haywards Heath area. You will own strategic account plans, drive revenue growth, and lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders across NHS and community settings.

In this fast-paced, field-based role, you’ll tailor proposals, collaborate across teams, and leverage CRM insights to strengthen our focus brands and deliver meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally with exposure to value and portfolio selling in hospital and community settings.
• Strong account management skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share.
• Confidence in engaging senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including NHS procurement professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth across key accounts in your territory and own account plans.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and develop tailored proposals to unlock opportunities.
