Job summary

KirkhamYoung Ltd is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to join its growing medical devices team, focusing on hip and knee reconstruction, robotic technology, and tailored implant solutions across the Central South region.

You will develop existing business and identify new opportunities with NHS and private hospitals, working with surgeons and theatre teams to drive uptake of the robotics portfolio and implants.

Qualifications

• Orthopaedic experience is essential.
• Proven medical device sales within orthopaedics.
• Experience with hips and/or knees.
• Strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams.
• Good understanding of NHS and private hospital sales.
• Ability to develop existing accounts and create new business.
• Genuine interest in innovative surgical technology and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing business and identify new opportunities across NHS and private hospitals in the Central South.
• Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and clinical stakeholders to promote the portfolio.
• Support robotic technology and tailored implant solutions to improve patient pathways.
• Contribute to team growth within the Central South territory.
