Job summary

KirkhamYoung Ltd is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to drive growth across the Central South region (Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset) in the UK. The role focuses on expanding a robotics-enabled hip and knee portfolio and building strong clinical partnerships with NHS and private hospitals.

You will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams to identify opportunities, develop existing accounts, and win new business within a dynamic mid-sized medical device company.

Qualifications

• Proven medical device sales experience in orthopaedics.
• Experience with hips and/or knees.
• Strong credibility with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre staff.
• Good understanding of NHS and private hospital sales.
• Ability to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing business within NHS and private hospitals across the Central South territory.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the portfolio in orthopaedic robotics and implant solutions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, theatre teams and clinical stakeholders to improve patient pathways.
