Prospect Health is partnering with a globally recognised leader in medical technology to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for Greater Manchester, focusing on orthopaedic joint replacement and robotic-assisted surgery. You will own the territory, build trusted clinical relationships and deliver sustainable growth.

This field-based role requires NHS and private healthcare experience, with a strong sales track record and the ability to engage clinical and procurement stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience selling into the NHS and/or private healthcare.
• An understanding of the theatre environment and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience in medical devices is highly desirable, although strong healthcare sales experience will also be considered.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• The confidence to engage with senior clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• A highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a complex territory.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
• High levels of integrity and professionalism.
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and stay ahead of developments in the market.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to deliver growth
• Achieving annual sales targets and key performance objectives
• Building long-term relationships across NHS and private healthcare
• Developing relationships with orthopaedic consultants, theatre managers, nurses, procurement and finance stakeholders
• Growing utilisation of robotic-assisted surgery by identifying and developing opportunities with existing and prospective surgeons
• Supporting product evaluations, trials and clinical demonstrations
• Providing expert in-theatre support for joint replacement procedures
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider commercial and clinical teamsMonitoring territory performance, activity and market trends
• Keeping up to date with the latest products, technologies, clinical developments and market intelligence
• Representing the organisation at relevant congresses, conferences and professional events
