Job summary

BMS Performance places you in a field-based Territory Manager role covering the North West, Midlands and South Yorkshire in Orthodontics. You will promote a dental/orthodontic portfolio, engage with clinicians and decision-makers, and grow the territory through new business and education initiatives.

Ideal candidates have dental/orthodontic sales experience or relevant clinical background, strong relationship skills, and a proactive, commercial mindset with access to a company car and

Qualifications

• Experience in Dental or Orthodontics sales, with preference for selling into dental practices.
• Clinical orthodontic background considered for transition to sales.
• Able to engage with dental professionals and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and territory management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop sustainable business opportunities across the territory.
• Implement the sales strategy and grow existing customer relationships.
• Identify new opportunities across Dental and Orthodontic market.
• Build relationships with dental professionals and key decision makers.
• Provide product education and training to customers.
• Use CRM and sales data to plan activity and track performance.
• Work autonomously in a field-based role.
