Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting for a Dental Solutions sales role in the UK, focusing on Midlands, North West and South Yorkshire.

You will manage and grow a territorial portfolio of dental and orthodontic accounts, win new business and deliver training to customers. You will use CRM and sales data to drive performance, build lasting relationships with dental professionals, and participate in strategic account development.

Qualifications

• Dental/orthodontic sales or relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Commercially driven, organised and confident engaging dental professionals.
• CRM experience advantageous.

THE ROLE:

Manage and grow a successful territory, developing dental and orthodontic accounts, winning new business and delivering product training. Use CRM and sales data to drive performance and build lasting customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

Dental/orthodontic sales or relevant clinical experience preferred. Commercially driven, organised and confident engaging dental professionals. CRM experience advantageous. Full UK driving licence (≤6 points).

PACKAGE:

£41–51k basic DOE + £13–17k uncapped bonus, electric/hybrid car, pension, private healthcare and training.
