Job summary

Dentalcare Group Ltd in Trowbridge is seeking a passionate CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to lead a mixed NHS/Private practice that puts patients first.

You will manage governance, recruit and lead staff, schedule rotas, ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CQC and company policy, and build strong local relationships.

The role is 40 hours weekly, Monday to Saturday 8am–7pm, with pay negotiable depending on experience.

• Previous dental management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety.
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff.
• Management of team including rotas, appraisals and inductions.
• Promoting a team environment and culture focused on first-class patient service.
• Build productive relationships with associates and support strong engagement and retention.
• Ensure quality for patients through compliance with Health & Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance and Company policy.
• Resolve employee relations issues to a satisfactory outcome.
• Ensure the practice hours support the best proposition and are competitive in the local market.
• Assist in building the practice’s reputation as the go-to dental provider in the local area.
• 40 hours per week, 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Pay negotiable depending on experience.
