Job summary

Dentalcare Group Ltd in Westbury is seeking a CQC registered Dental Practice Manager to lead our mixed NHS/private practice and uphold our patient‑first ethos.

You will manage governance, policies, staffing, rotas and budgets, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CQC and dental governance while promoting excellent service. Hours are 40 per week, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven dental practice management experience is essential.
• CQC registration and governance knowledge.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Comfortable managing budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical governance system and practice policies (Health & Safety).
• Recruit and manage support and clinical staff; organise rotas and appraisals.
• Foster a team environment and ensure first-class patient service.
• Build relationships with associates and support staff engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CQC and corporate policy.
