Job summary

Dentalcare Group in Bath is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to lead a mixed NHS/Private practice committed to putting patients first and delivering the highest standards of care.

You will manage the governance framework, recruit and lead staff, oversee schedules and inductions, and drive a positive team culture with strong engagement and retention. This is a full-time role running 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Good communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to understand budgets, targets and KPI's.
• Reliable, flexible and professional in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical governance system and maintain practice policies including Health & Safety.
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff and manage the team (rotas, appraisals, inductions).
• Promote a high-service culture and engage with associates to support retention.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance and company policy.
• Resolve employee relations issues and optimise opening hours to best support patients.
