Qualifikationen

• 3+ years professional experience in consulting or similar role.
• Experience working with clients and building trusted relationships.
• Understanding of the consulting lifecycle from business development to delivery.
• Able to contribute to business development including proposals and pitches.
• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting change or capability-building in client or internal environments.
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead client onboarding, training, adoption and day-to-day user support.
• Support project delivery by helping consultants embed OrgMaps in engagements.
• Assist Client Partners with OrgMaps-focused business development and demos.
• Drive platform adoption across Q5 teams through training and change activities.
• Translate client objectives and context into effective platform use.
• Develop onboarding materials and user documentation.
• Build relationships with consultants, clients and leadership.
