Job summary

NRL Group in Newport, Wales, is seeking an Administrator to join a growing construction team. The role focuses on document control, project administration and coordinating with site and office teams to support live projects.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Viewpoint and Procore, maintain accurate records, and help prepare O&M manuals and health and safety documents in a collaborative, career‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Organised and proactive approach to managing tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience with Viewpoint or Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and information using Viewpoint and Procore.
• Maintain accurate project records and document control systems.
• Support the control and distribution of drawings, specifications and related documents.
• Ensure document control procedures, naming conventions and version control processes are adhered to.
• Assist with client deliverables and project information requirements.
• Gather and prepare O&M manuals and Health & Safety documentation.
