Job summary

A leading company is seeking a freelance Organizational Change Manager for a Greenfield S/4HANA program. This role requires strategic development to facilitate SAP implementation within the organization, alongside monitoring the adoption progress across stakeholders. The position offers the flexibility of remote work with required travel across the EU.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred.

Job Description:

We are currently searching for an English-speaking freelance Organizational Change Manager - SAP as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.

Please note that up to 50% travel within the EU will be required.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months +
• Location: Remote + 50% EU travel

Tasks Include:

• Develop and execute change management strategy for SAP implementation
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Design and deliver communication plans to support end-user engagement
• Create training strategies and support development of learning materials
• Partner with business leads to drive adoption and behavioural change
• Monitor change progress and adjust interventions based on feedback
• Ensure alignment between change, communication, and project milestones

Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management
• Proven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
• Strong understanding of change frameworks
• Experience designing and delivering training and communications
• Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
