Wild Recruitment Ltd is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to join a busy engineering business with depots across the UK. The role involves supporting engineers, managing parts and stock, liaising with suppliers and customers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will source parts, manage stock movements, and provide admin support while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Source and order parts using supplier systems.
• Manage deliveries, collections and stock movements.
• Organise engineer van stock and maintain stock records.
• Support customers by phone and email.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
