Qualifications

• Experience with Learning & Development including design, delivery and evaluation of training
• Experience of working with culture change
• Ability to analyse data and interpret it to inform action planning
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence people to manage change
• Experience in developing and delivering organisational development interventions
• Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of the People & Culture Strategy and transformation agenda
• Provide development and evaluation of organisational development solutions
• Support learning & development requirements for colleagues and board members
• Build and maintain relationships with managers, colleagues and external providers
• Lead design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development initiatives
• Support succession planning and report to executives on status and recommendations
• Lead communications relating to organisational development initiatives
• Promote a culture of appreciation and engagement
