Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking a highly organised Organisational Development Specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate key learning and talent programmes, manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, and provide hands-on support within an experienced OD team.

The role combines programme coordination with practical administration, requiring proactive collaboration with HR and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, learning and development, talent or HR programme coordination.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual OD activities, learning programmes and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership and apprenticeship programmes with HR and stakeholders.
• Publish the annual learning curriculum and coordinate external training.
• Manage supplier relationships, budgets, contracts, invoicing and procurement.
• Coordinate programme logistics, events, communications and admin.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement on OD projects.
