Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 9 month fixed term contract. The role involves coordinating all aspects of training delivery, organising venues, trainers and learning materials, and handling external enquiries.

You will maintain strong relationships with the training team and HR, keep systems up to date, and ensure timely follow-up. Flexibility for occasional travel and start by early December are required.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills over phone and written.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Background in training, learning & development, events or HR.
• Good IT skills and systems knowledge.
• Right to work in the UK with a driving licence; travel to other sites as needed.
• Available to start by beginning of December and commit to a 9 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all elements of training delivery: booking rooms/venues, liaising with trainers, scheduling sessions and preparing learning materials.
• Respond to external training and apprenticeship enquiries, upsell offerings and take bookings, then organise and inform all parties.
• Build strong relationships with the training team, HR and the wider business.
• Keep internal systems up to date and ensure administrative follow-up is accurate and timely.
