Job summary

EY's Workforce Transformation practice is seeking an experienced Organisational Design Manager to lead design projects for Financial Services clients in the UK. You will deliver innovative organisation design and operating model solutions, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape client outcomes.

You will coach junior team members, manage day-to-day delivery, contribute to go-to-market activity, and help grow EY’s capability across Future Workforce, Future Organisation Design and Future

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of organisational design as part of transformational initiatives.
• Experience using operating models and change management in complex projects.
• Proficient in data analysis and assessing maturity of organisation designs.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery across transformation projects with strong organisation design and PM capability.
• Develop and refine organisational models to present to clients with leadership input.
• Support go-to-market activities through proposals, pitches and engagement management.
• Identify additional opportunities across engagements to generate revenue.
• Embed workforce transformation strategies and collaborate with leadership to drive growth.
• Position EY's value alongside other service lines and build a client network.
