Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant for HR Transformation in Total Workforce Management in London. You will work with clients to design and implement workforce management and payroll transformation, leveraging EY methodologies.

The role involves leading workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality artefacts across the implementation lifecycle, mentoring juniors, and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Approximately 3-5 years of consulting, workforce management, payroll or HR technology experience.
• Experience supporting workforce management, payroll or HR technology implementation projects.
• Experience working with clients on solution assessments, process improvement opportunities and transformation recommendations.
• Experience supporting business process design, process documentation and operational improvements.
• Experience participating in client workshops, requirements gathering, user story development, testing activities and deployment support.
• Understanding end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Experience contributing to implementation roadmaps, project reporting, risk mitigation and governance.
• Ability to work through complex problems and deliver evidence-based solutions.
• Knowledge of operating and service delivery models.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of workforce management, payroll and technology transformation.
• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and analyse current processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into practical recommendations.
• Lead development of project deliverables including process maps and requirement docs.
• Support solution design, configuration validation, testing and deployment.
• Analyse workforce and operational challenges and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Identify project risks and contribute to resolution.
• Contribute to EY methodologies, thought leadership and market insights.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Stay updated on workforce management trends and future of work.
