Job summary

Golden Charter Ltd is seeking an Organisational Change Lead to guide transformation initiatives across the business. You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams and stakeholders to ensure changes are understood, adopted and embedded.

You will assess impacts, build readiness, engage stakeholders and help colleagues navigate change with confidence, influencing outcomes across complex programmes and supporting organisational success.
