HMRC is delivering a bold transformation in the UK public sector. The Organisational Design and Development Lead will steer enterprise-wide OD and operating model activity, shaping structures, leadership and ways of working to meet future needs.

You will work with Senior Civil Servants and OD&D consultants, delivering data-led design decisions and aligning with HMRC's strategic priorities. Experience in large organisations and TOM development is essential.

Formación

• Significant experience leading organisation design and operating model transformation within large, complex organisations.
• Expertise in Target Operating Models (TOMs), structures and workforce strategies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and secure commitment to OD interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide organisation design and operating model activity for HMRC.
• Engage senior stakeholders to shape TOM and OD interventions and ensure adoption.
• Oversee planning, prioritisation and resource management within the OD team.
• Embed TOM principles into transformation programmes and build internal capability.
