Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Customer Experience Representative for a Derbyshire-based global business. The role starts as a 12-month temporary contract with strong potential to extend or become permanent.

You will handle order-to-cash tasks, process POs in SAP, and liaise with sales and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will deliver excellent service via phone and email, maintain CRM records, and identify opportunities to upsell.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service via multiple channels.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
