Qualifications

• Experience in customer order management and account handling.
• Familiarity with end-to-end order lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the primary contact for assigned accounts throughout the order lifecycle.
• Drive on-time order fulfillment by coordinating with customers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional teams.
• Resolve complex inquiries and escalations with analysis, system knowledge and problem-solving while meeting SLAs.
• Maintain records, manage export/shipping documentation, and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Strengthen relationships through proactive order updates and timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to address quality issues and non-conformance claims.
• Prepare insightful reports and monitor order management metrics to support departmental goals.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
