Job description

Job Title: Window and Door Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment is currently working with a successful window and door business that is seeking an experienced Window and Door Order Processor to join their expanding team.

Our client has been supplying and installing high-end windows and doors for the commercial market for over several years. They are renowned for their outstanding product quality and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

1. Placing orders using fenestration-specific software.
2. Gathering information for quotes for jobs.
3. Managing and assisting in raising purchase orders, reviewing job files to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time.
4. Liaising with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations.
5. Advising and supporting clients with specifications and compliance queries.
6. Extracting information from tender drawings to prepare and submit quotations.
7. Maintaining and developing professional relationships with current clients.
8. Liaising with architects and house builders.
9. Performing other duties as required.
10. Training will be provided where needed.

The Candidate:

1. Must have current or recent experience in order processing and estimating windows and doors.
2. Experience using fenestration order processing systems.
3. Ability to read and create technical drawings.
4. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Must currently reside in the UK.
