Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Order Processing Administrator to join our Operations team in either Alton, Hampshire or Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The role is process driven, handling sales orders, purchase orders and related documents, coordinating with internal and external teams.

You will raise orders, ensure licenses and SKUs are matched and fulfilled within timelines, and maintain positive relationships with clients while supporting peak periods and cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to cover colleagues' tasks during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Raise sales orders from quotes and place purchase orders with vendors.
• Ensure licenses, support, professional services, and training SKUs are receipted and fulfilled on time.
• Resolve order queries to minimise delays and maintain client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Know when to escalate issues to management for timely resolution.
• Perform any other duties requested by management.
