The BIG Trade Counter is one of the largest trade counter brands and part of the larger GJB Group which for over 30 years has been manufacturing and delivering UPVC and aluminium windows and doors to our customers.
We are now looking for an Order Processing Manager to join our Team at the Reading branch. In this role, you will be producing quotes and processing orders in the Window Designer software. You will also be responsible for processing external orders to ensure smooth operations on site with sufficient stock levels. You will have fantastic communication skills as the first point of contact for our customers needing support with their quotes and orders. Reporting into the Head of Branch Development; as the Order Processing Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of UPVC and Aluminium products for manufacturing purposes. The main roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
