Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for an LLOP Operative on the AM shift to support a leading logistics provider in Kettering. The role focuses on accurate order picking, operating a Low Level Order Picker, and maintaining safety and efficiency on a fast-paced distribution floor.

You will use a voice-activated headset to pick items, stack loads safely, and meet daily targets while keeping workspace tidy and compliant with site health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Willing to work 5 days out of 7, with weekend shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg daily.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) on a busy shift.
• Stack items in cages to maximise space and transit safely to stores/hubs.
• Meet and exceed site pick targets with high accuracy.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain clean, tidy work area.

• Performing general housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean, tidy, and productive.
