Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in Saint Mellons to hire a Customer Service Administrator for their Customer Experience team. The role focuses on owning the order journey, from initial order through to delivery, while supporting other admin tasks within a growing company.

You will handle enquiries by phone and email, process orders accurately, verify stock and lead times, and liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and high customer

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, order fulfilment or customer service.
• Strong communication skills via telephone and email.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main contact for customers via phone and email.
• Process and coordinate customer orders accurately.
• Check stock, manufacturing needs and lead times against orders.
• Clarify missing information before orders proceed.
• Update customers on delivery status and delays.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Dispatch and other teams to resolve issues.
• Investigate complaints and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate order records in internal systems.
