Job summary

Spear & Jackson Group in Sheffield is seeking a Customer Services Executive to manage UK and export sales orders and be a key contact for customers. You will process sales orders, respond to enquiries, provide information on pricing and availability, arrange despatch and prepare export documentation, and support key accounts to keep orders moving.

Strong IT skills, experience with CRM and ERP systems, and the Right to Work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with ERP/export documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders and updating order status.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on orders, pricing and availability.
• Arranging despatch and preparing export documentation.
• Supporting key accounts and managing customer complaints to keep orders moving.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems.
