Job summary
Spirax-Sarco Engineering in Cheltenham is seeking a Customer Service - Commercial and Export Co-Ordinator to join our UK Supply Customer Service team. Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, export administration or logistics.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation and international shipping processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and support order-to-shipment cycle.
- Prepare export and shipping documentation (invoices, despatch notes, customs paperwork).
- Ensure compliance with export legislation, customs requirements and HMRC regulations.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with Intrastat, VAT and export reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service outcomes.
